BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND AyurvedaTravelMall.COM
This Web site is offered
to you, the customer, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the
terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of this Web site constitutes
your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. AyurvedaTravelMall.COM
is owned and operated by Sastha Ventures, based in Massachusets,USA.
PAYMENTS For
all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the
booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid 30 days before
your departure from your country.

CANCELLATION POLICY In
the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable
reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will
be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges
would be as follows Cancellations received
minimum 45 days or more prior to departure, US$250(or the Deposit, whichever is
higher) will be non-refundable. Under 45
days IndiaTravelMall.com refund policy is as follows: Between
44-30 days : 50% Refund Due from Price
Between 39-15 days : 25% Refund Due
from Price
Under 14 days : Nil
In case you cancel the trip after commencement,
refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on
the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we
patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed
meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
CORRECT
SPELLING OF NAMES, TITLES All names,
titles and initials of those traveling should be correctly given at the time of
booking.Changes cannot be made at a later date. PASSPORTS/VISAS
It is the responsibility of all passengers,
regardless of the passport they hold, to check with the appropriate consulates
to determine if any visas are required. As
visa and health requirements often change without notice, it is recommended that
traveler should verify the existing visa and health requirements. PRICES
Prices are per person, unless otherwise
specified. Prices are based on the local tariffs at the time of quoting converted
at the prevailing foreign exchange rate. Price quotations are subject to change
without notice until a booking has been confirmed. NOT
INCLUDED Any applicable foreign departure,
security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger
facility charges and international transportation tax. Tips/gratuities
to tour directors, drivers, and local guides, passports, visa, baggage and personal
insurance, beverages and food not listed under inclusions in the travel product
(these items are billed to you before leaving the hotel/restaurant) and all other
items of a personal nature. ACCURACY We
check and recheck facts about the travel product offered at AYURVEDATRAVELMALL.COM
to ensure accuracy. When we are told in advance of a significant change to a booking,
we notify the consumer. ACCOMODATION The
accommodation categories requested by the client would be arranged, any change
required should be made in writing. TRAVEL
INSURANCE We do not have any insurance
policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any
other reasons.We strongly recommend that, at the time of the booking, a comprehensive
travel insurance policy be purchased.

ARRANGEMENTS In all booking arrangements,
the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions
on behalf of the persons named in the booking. The contract will be governed by
and subject to the Terms & Conditions. No variation to these Terms and Conditions
shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of AyurvedaTravelMall.com
OUR LIABILITIES & LIMITATIONS
Please
note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike
in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges - by
Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra. AyurvedaTravelMall.com
act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, resorts,airlines, transporters,
railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders,
receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms &
conditions under which these services are provided by them. All
itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the
likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical
ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the
tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the
interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well being. Our
rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines
etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice.
In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed
by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings
are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated
in the itinerary. We shall not be responsible
for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly
or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown
of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides,
political closures or any untoward incidents. We
shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or
otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation,treatment or other services,
resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident,
breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances,
strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations,
defaults, or any other causes beyond our control. We
do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness,
loss due to theft, or any other reasons. We strongly recommend that, at the time
